NPA’s Bushwalking Program is one of the largest in Australia. We have well over 1,000 guided bushwalks a year as well as many other outdoor activities such as kayaking, canyoning and multi-day camping trips.

In order to participate in the bushwalks and activities in our program you will need to become a member. There are many different types of memberships available including concession and family memberships. Find out more about NPA membership
Insurance
NPA NSW is a member of Bushwalking NSW. Through them we are covered by the insurance with Bushwalking Australia. All NPA members are covered by this insurance.
Joining a walk as a visitor
Visitors are also covered by insurance: they can join up to 3 walks before membership is required. Registration with the leader is required for all activities. Learn more about trying a walk as a non-member
